Me, doing something

I am sure you all think, "Jessica talks about all these things they are doing, but we never see any pictures of HER."  Well, the problem is that I am always running around working or I am the one taking the pictures.  But, a friend sent me few from the last medical clinic.  I am cleaning a boys toe where the toenail was missing - not sure why.
