Taking Jesus to the people

 Mukisa was struck by a motorcycle on his way to Esangalo on Saturday.  He arrived, crying, bloody and in shock.  One of the teachers brought him to me and I bandaged him up, talked to him to calm him down and then had Beatrace feed him.

He lives 9 KM from the Village of Eden - about 5 1/2 miles.  Since his legs were pretty bruised and his hip is sore, we have been going to his house each day to change his dressings.  It is such a blessing to go and treat him and get to show the community "Jesus' love in action".

People stop and stare at us every time we go, but I know that the entire community already knows what we are doing and why we are doing it.

This is just another way we are taking Jesus to the people.
